SHIPPING

Two Point Enterprise makes it a priority to ship all orders promptly. Orders usually ship within 36 hours of the date of purchase. If you provide an e-mail address you will receive a confirmation from our servers as soon as the order has been processed. Tracking information will also be sent from the carrier within 36 hours of your shipment.

Please make sure you enter your address correctly as the label will be printed just as you enter your information.  Make sure you enter apartment numbers, suite numbers or any other details.  We are not responsible for incorrectly entered addresses.

Shipping charges are not refundable. 

Shipments to Alaska, Hawaii, Guam, Puerto Rico, US Virgin Islands, APO, and FPO will be shipped with USPS Priority Mail. Insured shipments with USPS will incur additional charges.

Packages shipping to the lower 48 contiguous states will ship with DHL/Airborne Express. Sorry we do not use United Parcel Service (UPS) because of their high damage rate and their arrogance in paying damage claims.
